KOH + CO
In 2019 we founded KOH Architects (www.koharchitects.com), a traditional architecture studio. Then in 2025 we set up KOH+CO, after deciding to specialise further in thoughtfully designed environments that respond to the diverse ways people perceive and experience the world. We take a holistic approach, integrating architecture, interiors, furniture, and landscape design to create cohesive, timeless and high quality environments that enhance calm and wellbeing.
We spend nearly 90% of our lives indoors, yet many spaces still fail to support mental health or reflect the full spectrum of human experience, at KOH+CO, we believe it’s time to change that.
The environments we inhabit have a profound impact on our mood, emotions, and sense of wellbeing. Inclusive, sensory-conscious design benefits everyone — and for neurodivergent individuals, it can be truly transformative. Our approach balances functionality and beauty, creating spaces that are both supportive and inspiring.
Collaboration is central to our process. We work closely with a diverse network of professionals — including occupational therapists, psychologists, designers, acoustic consultants, engineers, lighting designers, craftspeople, and landscape architects — ensuring that everything we do is grounded in expertise, empathy, and creativity.
We offer traditional architectural and design services as well as design consultancy services and coaching tailored to each client’s unique living conditions and requirements. Whether adapting an existing home or space, or creating an entirely new environment, we work closely with you to ensure the outcome is thoughtful and considered.
Get in touch via email or phone — let’s explore how we can create something meaningful together.

Katharina Odutola – Hieger
Founder of KOH + CO
Katharina Odutola-Hieger is a trained architect with over 15 years of professional experience in architecture and design. With both formal training and lived experience of neurodivergence, she brings a distinctive perspective to her work — combining deep empathy and insight into individual needs with a genuine passion for thoughtful, human-centred design.
Prior to founding KOH+CO, Katharina established KOH Architects Ltd (www.koharchitects.com) in 2019. Earlier in her career, she worked at several world-renowned architectural practices, including Zaha Hadid Architects in London, Asymptote Architecture in New York, and Coop Himmelb(l)au in Vienna, where she gained extensive experience on complex, international projects.
Katharina holds a Graduate Diploma/Master’s degree in Architecture and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice and Management in Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL (London). She previously studied architecture at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and completed an exchange term at UCLA, Los Angeles. Katharina is currently undertaking training in neurodiversity coaching, further deepening her interdisciplinary approach to design and wellbeing.
Alongside her professional work, Katharina has spent the past ten years renovating and refurbishing her own family homes — an ongoing passion that deepens her understanding of how design enhances daily living. She lives in West London with her husband and their two young children.
